Do iPads and iPhones contribute to iTunes play count?

Question by headless: Do iPads and iPhones contribute to iTunes play count?
For some reason I am obsessed with my play count on iTunes. Sad. I know.
All my iPods sync to iTunes and update the play count as it should.
But what I would like to know, is do iPads do the same thing? Also do iPhones?

Answer by Zachary AYes. Everything you sync with your computer will add to the play count.
