Q&A: I have $300,000 to invest, but dont know what to invest on...?

Question by Secret Man: I have 0,000 to invest, but dont know what to invest on...?
I have no debt, no bills to pay, or anything... They always say " It takes money to make money" so I have money. I dont want to go into stocks, too risky.. I dont mean CDs or bonds either.. So what's something I can invest in that's not too big of a gamble but yet I can still make a decent amount of money?
