I have an brand new iPod Video, and the USB cord it connects with to the computer is version 2.0. My USB port only adapts to version 1.0, so when I connect it I end up with a pop-up that says it won't run as fast. Then when I go to iTunes, and try File >> Update iPod, it's greyed out so I can't do that.

Is there any way to update songs to my iPod in this condition? If there's software needed, how
