Q&A: What company creates custom e-mail marketing for small businesses?

Question by Rachel: What company creates custom e-mail marketing for small businesses?
I do NOT want to use Constant Contact. I would like a company that will create a custom e-mail newsletter to send to clients and prospective clients. I also do NOT want a Do-It-Yourself company.
